I'm building an office in my basement about 12'x12' How many feet of fin baseboard heat should I need? It will have 2" walls with rigid insulation. Thanks

It might be a good idea to have two seperate units on seperate thermostats. One to keep the heat at set temperature and the other to warm it up quickly when you want to use the office. It allows you to set the temperature low when you aren't using it as electric heat can be expensive.

I would use an electric (hydronic) baseboard heater system in the office. A five (5) FOOT SECTION should give more heat that you actually need. Pricey, though. HTH John,PA
