Poulan 2000 chain saw trouble

Tricky to replace as they pass thru the wall of the tank and the vent line goes thru an oversized hole and from the inside of the tank is a rubber flapper and molded plastic nipple that presses into the fuel line to expand it and seize it in the hole in the wall of the tank. The main fuel line pass thru a tight fit hole and the flop filter goes on the end of it in the tank.

The secret is synthetic 2 stroke oil. Standard cheap two stroke oil causes the gas to go bad in very short order, just a few weeks. I've been using AMSoil two stroke synthetic oil for several years now and everyone I give some to swears by it.

When my 2800 became difficult to near impossible to start and keep running a few months ago, I knew something was really wrong, thats when I discovered the fuel line problem. At least it a common line the saw repair places stock rolls of.

I do sell AMSoil but never have to push the stuff, I just give them a quart (of the two stroke oil) and tell them to pay me if they like it, everyone I've done that to comes back in short order bragging about how the motor hasn't started that easy in years. Outboards, blowers, saws, weedeaters, whatever.
