cordless impact opinions

hey all am considering the purchase of a "cordless" impact wrench to do field repairs on my logging equipment, if anyone would like to reply as to the pro's and cons,, favorite brand , battery life and/or anything else concerning the " cordless" impact, I would appreciate it.

I purchased a 1/2 cordless impact from the local John Deere store(JD brand) and have used it over a year. I have been impressed with the battery life and the torque. You still need a breaker bar, but I rate it as the handiest tool I have purchased in 30 years of farming.
