ColdHeat soldering irons?

Anybody have or use one yet? I found one reference in the archives where a guy said he had ordered one and was going to try it out. Looks really interesting.

My wife showed me an ad for them last week, looks like one of those "I wonder why nobody ever thought of that before" kinds of things.

I want to buy one, but wondered if anybody here already has and can say whether it's worthwhile or not? What're your experiences?

thanks,
Tom A

The main reason you never heard back from me is that it was on backorder for over 2 months! Lets just say that the big chains had priority over my direct order on the net!
I have had it for a few weeks, but really haven't had time to do anything with it besides test its advertising claims. I tried to heat up some 14 guage braided and the time involved is not worth using cold heat for that kind of thing. 18 guage at work is why I bought it and the occasion to use it has not arisen yet.
Its sitting on the passenger seat of my truck as I write this, so maybe soon!
