What should it cost to pour a slab, near Phenix City, Alabama. 3,385 sqft. termite protected. Located in a good area with a high grade of sand and plenty of working room. Thank you so kindly, and have a great holiday. al.

I seem to remember concrete dealers having some sort of calculator for figuring that stuff out. You can probably find the info online also.
I used fiber in the concrete in put in my barn. I think it is worth the extra cost even if you use wire and rebar.

Not sure what cement is running now, probably around $80 a yard.

Thats in the neighborhood of 42-45 yards, about $3400-$5000, plus foundation pour and block, or possibly a monlith pour, forming and finishing in any case, plus $500 or less for the treatment, plus the plumbing, wire, rebar, etc. Big house and not a cheap job.

No, I don't do that kind of work at all, just had experience from being on the receiving end of it, and am a county tax assessor so I have a working knowledge of building costs.

Located in Meriwether County about 60 mi North of Columbus.
