Hey, I know what you mean about running into problems trying to get info from the dealerships. Dad and I have been around long enough that we know somebody just about everywhere so it's not that big of a deal to call and get info, but the places where we don't know anybody can often be a challenge. Bad thing is alot of the time even the dealership doesn't know the answer and I wind up having to call the factory anyway. Like you said many of them see everybody, even the one man shop, as a major competetor, but from where I stand there is plenty of work out there for all of us, and it's a pretty sorry situation if you can't help out somebody else, wether it's you helping them, or them helping you. I've always seen it like this, as long as I'm going back to them to buy parts, and nowdays that's almost a given, I'm their customer, wether I'm working on the equipment for myself or my own customer, so I should be reated as such....
