Does anyone have one of these parts washers? Item #43817-1VGA, this is the one that sits on top of a 30 gallon barrel. Harbor Freight has them on sale now for $129.99. Like to know if they are worth buying.

I have one and like it. It's only a few months old and I use kerosene in it. If the pump goes, I can change it easily enough, and that should be all that can go wrong with it. For the money, I thought it was a good buy.

Thanks for the response. I am going to order one. Like you say the only thing that can go wrong is the pump. I was concerned about the quality of the tub.

Did you notice the "Free freight over $50 purchase is no more? Makes a heck of a difference in the cost of heavy parts.

Txblu: It's still on if you order online--I just ordered from HF a couple of weeks ago and got free freight.

If you mean the 7x12 mini-lathe, you'll LOVE it! I have a Cummins (same basic deal) and use it all the time. I bought my mini-mill from HF last winter, and I've also used that a lot. Warning--if you get one, you're going to want the other inside of a month!

Txblu: If you get the mini-lathe, you'll soon find you can't live without the mini-mill. Once you get both, you'll have an irresistable need for a power bandsaw to cut off all the hunks of metal you're constantly needing. Once you get THAT, you'll need a.....stop me if you see a pattern developing!

Try this again...server wouldn't post last try.

Hear what you say. Have an excuse. Need to populate new shop. Wife should agree as I'm doing something at home and not gone fishin like I used to. Will be home to do her "honey-do's" when she hollers.
