Recently purchased an Earth Partners brand parts washer cabinet. I have been searching the internet, and do not find a listing for them anywhere. I think I found a listing, but have never been able to locate it again. Anyone have any experience with this brand? It is a front loading cabinet style washer. I did have someone tell me that they were bought out by Missouri Clean Energy Systems, and that parts are available from Grainger. I searched Grainger"s webiste, and could not find a listing.
Thanks,
Lavoy

Hey Lavoy, I remember your post awhile back when you were looking for one. Glad to hear you found what you wanted. I know your cabinet is a different brand than the one we have, but most of the parts in yours are probably "of the shelf" items just like ours. By this I mean that the major parts are the motor/s, pump, nozzels, heat elements, etc. Just about everything we have needed for ours since picking it up from the heating elements, cycle timer, etc we have gotten from Grainger, MSC, or one of the other big suppliers. It might now always be made by the same mfg as the OEM, but it has always been a "exact" replacement part. Good luck with your new toy, and at the risk of sounding like a ZEP add like I did before, you really ought to try their stuff, I think you'd like it.

I had not thought about the "off the shelf parts" idea, thanks.
The other thing I wanted to get was an owner"s manual if I could. Guy I got it from claims that you are supposed to used and "oil base" (whatever that means) soap for corrosion resistance. Not sure I have heard of that, but this is kind of new to me.
Can"t wait to get it home and try it out, hope I didn"t buy the cat in the bag, but I guess I"ll find out.

I'm not sure what he means about an oil based detergent either. Like I replied to your initial post sometime ago, there are different kinds of detergent for the different metals, and that's all I've heard about. The main thing is to use the mild stuff for aluminium and the tougher stuff for steel. I'm assuming your cabinet is made out of steel so it shouldn't matter which one you use as the cabinet will withstand it. I just looked at ZEP's site and I believe what we use is called the Recirculating Detergent (product#0363).We have never had any problems related to the detergent with the cabinet, the pumps, or anything else since we started using this stuff. If you look at their site you can see they have alot of other stuff that's way more potent than this stuff is. Again good luck with your new toy, I know you'll enjoy it.
