bushings on skid steer

The bushings on my loader are well worn and they are of harden steel. does anyone have a way that I can over size the 1" plus holes so i can use a larger pin. thanks for your help Don

It would help to know the brand of loader. From the descrition, it could be a Bobcat. The bushings are expensive, maybe $40.00 each. But if the bushings wear through and the hole in the arm gets worn, repairs become much more difficult and expensive. You could take out the hard bushings and use brass, which will wear more quickly. But the smart thing is to replace the bushings and pins with originals.

This is on a Massey Ferguson MF711 skid steer These hardened hubs or sockets are welded into the arms and buckets and a drill or reamer wont cut the material thanks Don
