Anybody ever use one? I finely broke down and got one. This puppy is the kats meow. I greased the he!! out of everything I have. I love this puppy.

have an old one that the pump sets in a 20gallon drum of grease ,its really nice and powerful,runs off of compressed air, got a 20.00 one named cummins from a freind for xmass and it is kindof a pain .makes the same noise when its empty or not filling the grease fitting so its retired very early ..lucas

Got one too - thought it would be just the thing for those fittings where it takes one hand to hold the nozzle on the fitting and the other to pump the gun. Found that mine wouldn't create enough grease pressure to feed many of the fittings, and I just stood there squeezing the handle. (Got a feeling that lots of grease fittings aren't properly greased because of this - especially in the oil change shops.) As an aside, I had an oil change just the other day, and then took car across the street for tire service. When they got the front tires off, there was no evidence that the grease monkey had gotten any grease in the tie rod ends. Just a squirt near the fitting. I was not a happy customer!

Once you get over the "newness" of it, you will see that, it's hard to tell if it's putting out any grease, it won't work in cold weather, and dragging the hose sucks.

Mine sits around 99.9% of the time...

Be careful. Too much grease is just as harmfull to bearings as not enough grease.

But your right those things are pretty cool.

I bought a lincoln cordless gun love it,but like most grease guns that red water proof grease won,t feed very good in cold weather. I bought it for home but seem to carry it at work it's a breeze to grease a 8850 now no more hand pumping and the best part I can plug it in to cig liter with an adaptor.

I bought a cheap one from Harbor Freight and ended up throwing it away It wouldn't feed grease from the cartridge into the pump part worth a darn. I've got a new Lincoln on the shelf now that I haven't used yet.

I got one from Harbor Freight 2 or 3 years ago...on sale....REALLY CHEAP! I've put a case of cartridges though it so far...works great.
