I've got to do something to get these old tractors apart easier. Thinking about the Ingersoll Rand Titanium. Anybody ever do bussiness with thetoolwarehouse.net ?

I have several impacts by far the best is I/R 231 .It's my "Go to Gun " when others won't bust something loose . More and more though for lighter stuff I am useing Battery powered impacts . I have 14 & 18 volt snap on 1/2 drives, 3/8 drives , they very handy , no air hose to hangup on stuff, and surprisingly powerfull. Will take off lugs nuts, head bolts etc .Habor freight has a 19 volt impact for around $120 not as powerful as the snap on ones, but not $400 either , i keep one in pickup now,,way to handy .They are no replacement for air powered impacts , but you might be surprised .

the 2135 is the best gun you can buy, unbelieveable power.I work on trailers for walmart and it can take all the abuse you can give it.fantastic for taking things apart, if it doesn't loosen it will break the bolt off. I have a cp 734 and it is just a toy compared to the 2135. They are usually 250 $ range. you can never go wrong buying a good tool

If you will use it a lot and/or the budget will stand it, that looks like a good wrench. If you are only an occasional user and money is tight, Harbor Freight has a 600 ft lb wrench for under $100. I"ve had one for a couple of years and it"s given me good service so far. If you end up doing heavier stuff on a regular basis, an option is to shop eBay for a used, bigger wrench like 3/4 or 1". It took me a couple of months of looking and bidding but I won a 1" Cleco (they make a lot of aircraft grade air tools) in excellent condition for $70 plus shipping. If my hefty 1/2 drive won"t cut it, that one will.

Cowman,I have had very good service from IR guns over the years I could get about 3yr from them with very little maintenance and very hard use(oil once a day 10hr a day 175psi line pressure and a lot of water in the lines) The one thing I would do is buy the extended anvil it realy makes the gun a lot easyer to use.

Have purchased from thetoolwarehouse several times - no problems. Their price's sure beat the Mac truck ! A co-worker of mine just bought one of the IR Titanium wrenches. It out performs my old CP746, but not by much. I am batting about .500 on IR air tools, have a 2112 that has been a good tool, also have a 2141 that i wish i hadn't wasted my money on.

I have been looking at those IR Titanium impacts in the different catalogs but I have to wear out my CP734H first.It's funny though that the IR's I have used make a whole different noise than a CP.

Never done business with the tool warehouse but I think the wrench you are looking at would be the way to go. I bought a Cambell-Hausfeld at a farm auction a few years ago and was never so disappointed in my life as I was with that wrench. A few years later I stumbled upon an Ingersol at another auction, wow, what a difference, I think the Ingersol would twist a 3/4 inch bolt in two if the nut did not come loose first. The really good part is that I paid less for the Ingersol than I did for the campbell. Sometimes I get lucky.
