Many years ago I worked at a gas station & I used to stud winter tires, the stud gun i used resembled a air impact gun , you insert the chuck in the small holes in the tires squese the trigger in woulld expand the hole, & you would drop the stud thru a tube in the back side of the gun. Iwould like to know if this tool is still available, or one that is simalar, and where I could order one, Many thanks Dave

I'm sure you can find them somewhere but keep in mind that studs can only be put in tires, once. I was once thinking of replacing the old worn studs in my tires with new ones but learned that the "rubber" wouldn't accept yanking out the old ones and replacing with new ones.

Good luck finding one.

Tire studs are for new tires only. Back when I worked in a tire store, we would have customer wanting us to put studs in their used tires. They won't stay .
