I was at a u-pull it yard a while back and a fellow mentioned that some of the electrical controls for windows and door locks use the same controls that were on some years of Taurus's. I can't tell you which years but it would be worth inquiring. Good luck. dt

I have the CD, I just checked it, yes trim removal is covered in the interior trim and ornamentation chapter. Not much detail, just a few pictures of fastener locations and removal / replacement order.

Is the repair CD the same as the Helms book? How much do they want for one? Sometimes this computer technology is really a blessing.

The CD contains the Ford Rotunda service manual, TSB, wiring diagrams, emissions info, and recall information. I got mine on ebay, I think it was around $30.

Dont know if this will help. 4 bucks for instructions on panel removal. Removal is probably the same as a 350. Link

Mud: I dont know, sometimes those manuals are sketchy. Before you decide to buy the CD, check with a local library, they may have a hardback copy that you can rent out a couple days. Autozone may have something you can rent also. Seems some fords have a hook like deal on the panel by the door handle that is a PITA unless you know which way to move the panel after the clips around the door have been removed.
