Was buzzin" together a trash eliminating vessel, and my Lincoln 225 buzzboz quit. Got fan, no spark. Nothin". Every amperage.Took all lead loose and no juice at the first set of couplers. Is there a reset? Manual or automatic ? I was welding with 5/32 6010 on #4 re-bar;not heavy at all. Suggestions,Anyone?? Thanks in advance, Mguy.

This may sound dumb but did you check your brakers, My buzz box does that at times and I just reset the breakers and I'm back in to the welding

Hi Mguy,

The older machines have a thermal overload for when you exceed there duty cycle. For auto reset takes about hour.

If it doesn't reset then it may have burnt the thermosistor out and thats probably buried deep into the transformer.

Since it's a safety then it would wired in series probably on one leg of 230v but they also could have used two thermosistors one in each leg (doubtful).

You might want download a copy of the schematics from Lincoln.
