How do you loosen the nut to remove the old blade? I bought a 1 11/16 socket for this and have even pounded it with a sledge hammer trying to loosen it. However, It is still in the same position that it came in.

S White, First you need a 3/4 drive breaker bar and that socket. Also a 8ft long, 2in cheater pipe. If the pipe doesn't break it loose, Then get your torch heat the nut then turn the nut off. If this doesn't work ....tourch the nut off. then drive the rest out.
Later,
John A.
