Simple Tool - Mesh Ball Caps

On my last one right now and cannot seem to find any others. All I have seen in the stores, feed stores and flea markets is the full cloth ball caps. Ebay to spendy by the time you S&H. To me the full cloth ball caps are way to hot for summer. Where do y'all get yours?

Been thinking of going to a straw cowboy hat as those are readily available then switch to a nice felt for the winter months.

I just threw out about 600 of them. We have the opposite problem up here, we can't find ones that AREN'T mesh, and the mesh ones are too cold for weather below about 100�, which we never see!

For a 'good hat' I like a twill front, mesh back in the summer. Winter a solid twill. My favorites are from the local Cat store.

For working in the summer I like a full mesh. Only ones I can find are John Deere. Thats ok with me, Im a long way from being a Deere man but I love their clothes. Work boots are great, jackets wear well, and the full mesh caps hold their shape (I wash mine usually daily or at least every other day during the summer). Buy 2 in May and they last a couple of years before getting ratty.

I buy them all the time as I have an embroidery business.
Twill not the foam, I sell for 2.50 each.

If I were to provide a logo how much for say a set of 50? Saturday will be my opening mtg. for a tractor club I am trying to start. Would be rather neat to have hats to adverstise or show unity.

How much for a single embroidery hat if I supply picture? Pic is rather complex but I am fond of it.

Those kind are generally give away hats because they are inexpensive. Usually ag dealers will have some they give away for advertisement. I must have 300-400 I have been give over the years. Go to either an equipment or chemical supplier and ask. You might end up with a 10 year supply.

I find mine at Value Village or the Sally Ann. Always try to get white ones as well --- much cooler than coloured. Actually , I keep an eye out all year round and try to have some set aside for the next year.
