inside rear wheels out. The manuals way dosent work or un stick the wheel
from the hub.Theres got to be a way to unstick the
wheel from the hub. Anyone having experience with this problem please reply.

If they are the same as an 1150, here's how to
remove the cast rim, and also how to move the hub
on the axle. If you have power adjust rims and it
will spin far enough out it would be easier to do
that rather than taking off the dual.

The dual is removed by driving the main
tire(inside one)onto some boards to get the dual
off the ground. Hook a chain around the rim, be
careful not to get the valve stem, and lift the
tire up a little using a forklift, loader, etc.
Remove the 4 bolts, it will probably take at least
a 3/4 drive and a large cheater bar, I think it
takes an 1 1/8 socket if I remember right. You
will probably have to spray some wd40 on the back
side of the hub. You may even have to heat it a
little. To pop the dual off once the bolts are
out, Get a couple of bolt just like the ones that
holds the dual on and grind a groove in them
legnthwise( like a tap) . This will give a place
for dirt to go. Take the bolts and screw them
into the holes between the ones that the bolts
that hold the duals on are. These two hols go
through the rim and the bolts will push against
the hub when tightened. You will probably have to
work the bolt in and out to get it through the
rim, it probably won't thread in easily from the
dirt and paint. Once they hit the hub, tighten
both of them evenly until the wheel pops off.

To move the hub. Take a couple of chisels and hit
them into the split. Once it is apart a little
you can hammer the hub to where you want it. It
will help to take some emery cloth and sand the
axle smooth and get the paint off.
When you put the dual back on you may want to use
a piece of 2x4 to hold the hub where you want it
because it may slide in a little if bumped. Also,
coat the hub and inside of the rim and bolts with
antisieze before putting it back on. Then if you
need to remove the dual again it will come off
MUCH easier, basically just a kick instead of
pushing them off with the bolts.
