Old watco floor jack

I just acquired an old 1 1/2 ton floor jack(watco 301 hc) that don't work. There are'nt any leaks and the fluid is full. The only thing I know is, it has'nt been used for a long time. Any advice on fixing this thing? Thanks

Sounds like one of the valves (ball bearings) are stuck open. Acording to my parts book there should be 2 screw plugs on the top of the pump. Take them out and remove the valves and clean them up. DO NOT MIX them up - they will be different sizes.

I think I have watco 301. It is a 1 1/2 ton floor jack. need rebild kit any help would be great.
