Governor Bushing

Hey guys, My governor arm snapped and they suggested i replace the copper governor bushing. My question is which way do i press the bushing in from....the inside of the block out....or from the outside in...from the inside out it looks like i have to take alot of the engine apart...so let me know Thanks

Comes off of a Briggs and Stratton model number i believe is 280707..or somethign like that. dont have the number on me at the moment. but its a briggs and straton vertical shaft
