Does anyone know where I can get parts for my Homelite 240 saw? I'v had it to 3 places in Illinois and 1 in Wisconsin everyone wants to sell me a new saw. Nothing wrong with mine but the oiler.
E-mail me if you know where I can get parts. Put Homelite in the subject line or I won't open it..
Many thanks

Homelite saws are junk no wonder the dealers were trying to sell you a new saw. Buy a new or used one such as STIHL, DOLMER, or a HUSQVARNA and you can get parts at just about any saw shop.

John
I stock parts for most HOMELITE SAWS and I have the oil pump for the 240 in stock. I also ship most anywhere.
Thanks Bill Walcott

John, I also live in Illinois. I had trouble finding a muffler for a super XL. I had good luck with Chain Saw World in Bowling Green,Ky. They have hard to find parts for most saws. They also have both new and used. There phone number is 270-843-3594. I talked to a guy named Lindle Pogue. Jerry

I have used PDQ (pdqsales.com) in the past and been satisfied.

John, do a search on e-bay for Homelite parts; they come up often .....there's a 240 parts saw listed now. There're also some dealers who have an e-bay store who sell parts.....

Don't really know if it ok to say this here but I think it is over on the garden tractor board of this site that someone mentions that they have parts for the homelites. Nothing to do with me, just cought my eye as I am a homelite fan. Anyway do a search and see what you come up with.
