did anyone ever build a barn cleaner that run on track that hang on ceiling that has bucket to put manure into then take outside trips

I think they were made by "Jamesway" Should be lots of them hanging around. The galvanized buckets would rust out in about 10 years and we would buy new ones. My last one I covered with boards and can still use it. It sure beats a wheelbarrow.

I have one in my barn and it still gets used when I raise a few hogs. They are handy units. If you put some ads out there on this forum or in your local paper you should be able to find one. Good Luck

Have old one still hanging in barn w/ track to exterior. Father-in-law used until he retired 20+ years ago. Are you looking at building one ? .. If you live close to a diary state, could find many not used but still hanging after small farmer retired.

Still see a few tracks out the barns when you drive the countryside here in southern MN. The dump buket is in the grove here, tho I never saw any track around this place.
