Does anyone have one of the blast cabinets that are sold by TIP Tools? I am interested in getting one, specifically the model 952. I don't have the space for anything larger. I was wondering what your thoughts are on them, quality, how they work, etc. I have a pressure blaster that I use outside at the present time. It is a pain to bother with when doing relatively small parts, makes a general mess and there is a large waste of blast grit. I am aware that the suction blaster is slower. I used to have one before the pressure unit.

Thanks for any comment.

Rod,
I have the 965 and love it. They are great people to do business with. Echo on the filter for the vacuum AND the foot petal. The cabinet works wonders, is so easy to use, and is not dirty. Have fun. Jim

Did you notice that the 960-FL is the same price as the 952 model? The 960 is usually $150 higher. It is a bigger cabinet and appears to be much nicer.

Both look like nice cabinets, I sure wish I could afford one! Maybe next year {I am putting it on my wish list}!

Got the 960 pro blaster at there sale in November, I live about 45 miles from there store in Canfield Ohio so I just brought it home with me. Saved a lot of money as mine had some of the paint scratched. Love it. A couple of things I would suggest you get with it are, the bag for the vent on the vacuum, also get the foot pedal control instead of the hand held, this is a BIG plus to the work you will be doing. Have read lots of your replys on paint and etc. and as you know already don't forget all the water separators and filters for dry air for this unit. Don c.
