I have a Packard Precision drill press model 120F-IND made in 1980 by the Sterlin Packard Corporaion in Glendale CA. I need the spindle shaft the goes from the pulley on top to the tapered chuck. Can't find anything on the internet about them. Anyone know anything about this company or have suggestions where I might get parts. Thanks.

I have a problem like this.I have a packard precision H.D.drillpress MOD.#120F-IND Spindle;mt#2jt#3 made in 1981 ser.#115. It was given to me & I need assistance.

If you was in my area, I would tell you to go send it to my friend. He made a complete new one for an old industrial drill press that he bought.
He also changed it around to run exclusively on hydralics.Find a real good machinist and have him make you a new one
