SACHS DOLMAR chainsaw manual

i recently aquired a SACHS DOLMAR 112 chainsaw that was siezed up. after a little bit of polishing and a piston ring it runs/ cuts like a champ, ( better than my jhonsered 490 and my stihl 041) does anybody have a manual for such a beast available on disk or on file, like a ms word doc or pdf file?

My old neighbour has a Sachs-Dolmar 112 chainsaw, has had it for years, wants to keep it, has had to clean the points, but could someone let me know how do you set the contacts, as the cam for operating the points is removed with the flywheel.

Scott: You can call makita and proberly get the manual that way . Makita brought Sachs Dolmar in 1990. The Makits tools(chain saws and string trimmers) and the Dolmar tools are exactly the same except for color. Ask service tech for cross over # for Model 112.Good luck

Hate to tell you "go to Ebay" ,but look under chainsaws gas and there is a lot of stuff. There are guys who have boat loads of manuals and a couple who claim to have most anything for $5.oo. I have found the books for my oldest saws in a couple of weeks there. Jeff
