I had a 14 in. Walker Turner Band Saw up until I sold my wood shop about 10 yrs. ago.

Great tool.

Carpenters Machinery, Inc. in York, Pa. had a source for parts. There was a small investor in hte Philadelphia, PA area that bought up all of the Walker Turner Parts from Delta.
Try: carpentersmachinery.com

I started teaching industrial arts in a Walker-Turner equipped shop in 1967. The stuff was old then, but in good shape and nearly indestructible. At that time, some parts would interchange with Rockwell. Things like bearings should be a standard item.

They were popular tools in high school wood shops.
I have one of their jointers, but unfortunately, the motor mount casting is broken.

Purchased by Rockwell in the 1950's I believe. Check this link:

Link

It should be listed in the index on the left side of page of that website.
