I have both Wayne Dalton, and Clopay on my shop. They are the best insulated door they sell, and i think the Clopay is the better door.

My Clopay is R13 if i remember right, and it has seals in between the folding panells!!! It's really a nice well sealed door. Yes, it was expensive, but i want the heat to stay in, and i'm not selling this place any time soon!!!

My next door one will be a Clopay too,

Robert

I had Raynor doors put on workshop about 4 years ago. Had water problems for about a year (15 months to be exact) before the Raynor rep could get someone who knew anything about what was wrong. I strongly suspect they had a bad batch of door panels come out of the factory, but I can't prove it. The bottom soft gasket (that seals to the floor) on all three still collects water. Finally had another overhead door guy work on it to correct it. I refuse to ever purchase another Raynor product...customer support stinks!!!!

Dont know about the best part, but I replaced my standard door with an insulated wayne-dalton. Has overhead enclosed torsion springs I have been satisfied with it. If you want windows, get them at the time of purchase, if you decide later you want them they cost more.
