Gas Wrench, Flame Wrench, and one of your best friends if you know how to use it.
The last guy always gets the blame even if he did a good job, anyway how about Hillbilly, Hilljack, Jackleg S.O.B., Billy joe bob do-wright, Butcher, Butch, Brain dead M.F. and I don't know who designed this S.O.B. but I wish he had one up his A.
