Bob, The Echo is a tuff saw. I use one that is my best friends. He own a tree farm here in central Texas. He also does custom tree trimming. Has had the opertunity to us many saws of various makes. He uses the echo Power pruner has had many in his 20 yrs of business. His big saws are Stihls The Power Pruner will last the average farmer/rancher avery long time. My $.02.
Later,
John A.

I bought my Stihl before Husqvarna began making the pruners. My experience with chain saws is better with Husky than it is with Stihl. But my Stihl pruner has been absolutely perfect. Mine is the extendable- the highest priced one.
