Hello, I saw a 4.0 gallon 2hp oil lubricated compressor at a store called Princess Auto for $199 Canadian. The brand is "Power Fist". Never heard of it before. It pumps at 4.7 gpm at 40psi and 3.3 gpm at 90 psi with a max pressure of 115 psi. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this machine, advice, suggestions, warnings etc . . . thanks!

Lawrence

Never heard of that guy. Seems like it wouldn't be much good for anything other than airing tires with those specs. I think you mean "cfm" and not "gpm". CFM= Cubic Feet per Minute. Just my opinion.

Princess Auto is well known to us Cdn. workshop and farmer types. Powerfist is one of their brand names I believe. Just bought a 5 hp.(22amp., cast iron) 60 gal.,17cfm. compressor for $888 ! These guys put together a lot of their own machines from the parts in their catalog. My compressor can be purchased in parts. Cannot advise you about your compressor but I am happy with mine.
