I use an Olympus Brio D-100 that I got at Wally World for $185....try the link below and see what you think. Click on an album and then a pic for a larger image and the slideshow. :-)

I did my homework on the web and decided on a Canon A60 about $250 at Wal-mart and I just love it. I set the pics at the lowest level and get over 30 on the chip before i have to download. don't but junk, you won't be happy.

Most photo places will develope & transfer regular pics to disk. We had some done at Wal-Marts. Theres a Super Wal-Marts near us that has a scanner where you can scan your own paper photos to disk.

Like Bill says. Take the pics on a regular camera. Even the disposable kind. When you have them devoleped, have them put on a floppy. If you buy a real cheap digital camera, you will want to use it for other things, and wished you got a better one...

If you can take your pictures outside, in good light, most any camera will work fine. the one I use for most E-bay stuff is 640x480 (I think) and it does well. The ebay photo hosting service reduces the quality of even the best picture down to about this (due to storage space limits), so your photos will look as good as anyones. You can get a camera like this at a discount store for under $50 -- or buy one off E-bay!
