I have a 15-20 year old Super XL Chain Saw and have broken the bow blade. It can not be fixed and I am having a difficult time finding a used bow blade. Any suggestions on where I possibly could find a used Bow?

Thanks

This saw with a bow was a favorite limbing saw in its day in Southeastern US pulpwooding. Today,(09/19/04) there are two bows for these saws on Ebay (search under "Homelite chainsaw."

Alan;
If you're talkin' about a bow BAR, Bailey's has them- don't know what they'll fit , though.

Seems like the only place I saw them used was in Southeastern US by pulpwood cutters.

Alan I have an old Homelite bow blade I will sell. I picked it up 25 yrs ago on a trip south and never used it. If you are interested, I can get the numbers off it.
