My wife bought me a pair of gloves at Quality Farm and Fleet (now out of business), a couple of year ago. They are marked "Plainsman", then below that "by Buster Welch". They are the best fitting gloves I've ever owned. They are worn out now and I've been searching locally, and on the web and can't find them anywhere. Does anybody know of a source for these terrific gloves. I've gone to the web site of a company that cliams to be run by someone who worked at Buster Welch, but the gloves aren't the same, and are made overseas.

Did you ever find the gloves? I'm looking for the same thing. I believe that I originally purchased mine at Sam's Club, but they don't have them any more.

Please advise

We just bought Coyote Gear Glove Company. Coyote Gear gloves are designed by a former associate of the Plainsman glove company (which made Buster Welch gloves). Our company had been selling the gloves and we had so much response we went ahead an bought the Coyote Gear product line.

If you want some let us know. Our phone # is 800.791.7264.

I have a friend who gets our gloves from Sam's. She has been gettng them in two packs. Plainsman by Buster Welch. But, we have not been able to get them in the Small size. Good for ladies. She was told that they don't make the Small any more. If anyone has been able to find them, please let me know. Thanks Carol

Thanks for the replys. I was going to go to Sams this weekend anyway. I think I looked at them before, and they were a thicker cut of leather. Beggars can't be choosers though.

Couple years ago I got a pair that sounds like that at walmart, think they were like 7 bucks a pair. Fit good and good wear qualities.
