I have a englander pellet stove that i,m having a problem keeping it going. Start on 5 like the book says run maybe 2 hours then shut down to 1 or just go out. I have cleaned it out and tried different pellets but no better. Was woundering if any body has had this problem. The stove started out this fall alright. It is about a year old. It is a model 25 ddvc. It sound like sometimes the electricity goes of and then it will shut down to number 1. Any help would be appreciated thanks .

I have an Eglander 25PDV. Had a problem with the augers. Called Englander and the tech was very helpful. My augers were a poor design, and they sent me the updated ones for free. We like ours, but the pellets have really gotten expensive. Call them, I'm sure they will help you. Sounds electrical to me.

a while back I picked up a used pellet stove for next to nothing, the guy that had it couldn't keep it running. I made a few phone calls and got it to work great. At first I had the same trouble as the original owner. He had a two story house and vented it directly into his chimmney, I put up about 20 feet of pellet stove vent and also had trouble with it going out. Come to find out that I had too much chimney draft. I shut off the induced draft fan and had no more trouble with it except when it got real windy and the wind increased the draft. try calling the manufacter. mine was a Treager bio-mass it. good luck

The only trouble I have experienced with my Pellet stove is the pellets length, some may be too long and block the drop to the auger.Have used it 4 years now. I'm not familiar with the Englander Stove. Hope you can find a solution.
