This is a great board, but does any one know of other tool discussion boards?
My interests is hobby woodworking, metalworking, auto repair, etc.
Thanks in advance,

Here is another. Go to the "Tool Talk" button on the left side of the page near the bottom.

Surf the net too. Just type in Woodworking...see where it takes ya. Also, check out craftsmen homepages..type in Woodworking, New Hampshire for example. or for your State...I guarantee that your life will change with these searches! have fun! tm

You must check out the August Home Publishing Site...and search for "Woodnet" they have discussion forums, tool tests everything. Another good site is the Taunton Press Fine Woodworking and FIne Homebuilding sites. Woodnet is great...lot's of links. August Home publishing produces Woodsmith Magazine (excellent) and SHopnotes...excellent publication on topics ranging from tool tests, setting up shops, jigs, building shop fixtures etc...lot's of great links there too. I highly recommend Fine Woodworking, Shopnotes, Woodsmith magazines...well rounded publications. tm

Try searching the newsgroups. You can find most anything you want by going to Deja.com and click discussions. In particular try alt.cnc.machines and rec.crafts.metalworking and rec.woodworking.HTH,Mark
