3.8L Chrysler question

I just picked up a 99 Town & Country minimvan with a 3.8L v6. I have gone through the owner's manual three times and can find nothing on fluid capacities (crankcase, cooling system, gasoline tank). I can't believe Chrysler would have an owner's manual w/o this stuff. They do however have fuses and bulb sizes, whcich surprises me.
Anyway, I assume that the crankcase capacity is five quarts, with a filter change, for the 3.8L, is that correct? Thanks in advance. Gene

Yep 5 quarts right to the top. Our '96 has 155k on it, no adding between changes, 3200 miles. Good engine, now the transmissions can be a different story...

That power unit is 5 quarts with a NAPA 1085 filter (or equivlent). We are running some in our fleet that have almost 200k miles on them. Check the A/C V-belt and Serpentine belt and maybe go ahead and change then out now.

The Autozone website will give you all the fluid and gap specs. for your vehicle as will the Advance Auto website.
