My daughter started going to a corn maze with the Girl Scouts some years ago. I chapperoned ( I think I mispelled that..)& the place was VERY busy. Local youth groups, school trips, tour bus trips/adults, any kind of youth related group you could imagine. Always lots of family cars in the lot. I have been there several times since & always see a full parking lot. My daughter & her friends have not missed at least 1 visit/some times several if transportation can be found per season in 6 years that I'm sure of & they really look forward to it each fall. I think it will follow my daughter to be a tradition for her kids. I'm from upstate NY/it's chilly. They sell basic snack foods & TONS of coffee & hot choclate. This from a consumer. From a legal standpoint in todays litigation happy world I would guess there are related expenses like insurance ( they have lighting where we go, the place runs late into the evening..)but from my trips to the place it has ALWAYS been to a nearly full house & it has to be a moneymaker..... Ya know now that I think of it, even I a person pushed into a shirt thats suppossed to wear a tie who loves to play in the garage... I enjoy going too..... .
