To all of you that replied to my last post I am sorry for the bad link I posted for the picture.
I do thank you all of you for the replies and am going to contact the venders that were suggested. I still hope someone can tell what brand of jack this is from looking at the pictures.

I just finished replacing the seals in my jack with the ones I bought from Hydraulic Supply In Sawyer Ks. The jack is working like new again. I wanted to let you all know that I appreciate all the help very much.

Once again
Thank You Ben

I have two Blackhawk SJ2 shortframe 1 1/2 ton jacks that look exactly like the jack in your picture. I bought both of mine new, one in 1964 and one in 1969.There is a metal tag on the valve body at the base of the ram. Hope this helps.

Went thru some files I have, years ago I bought a Pro-Lift from TSC and a craftsman. See if you can cut and paste this web on pro-lift.
Link
Hope this works for you as it does have some resemblance.

The jack in the picture also resembles the "Powerbuilt" line of 3 ton jacks sold by Advanceauto.
