Jet 818P Bench Lathe/Vertical Mill

I have been looking for some time for an owner's manual and a mill head spindle for the 818P. Also the gear change instructions posted inside the cover of the rear gear cluster are very confusing.
I will attach a photo URL and if anyone can help me I sure would appreciate it. The image URL may help someone with more of a mechanical background than I to figure it out. If anyone has any further questions please e-mail me.

Am seeking replacements for the nylon spur gears used in the headstock for leadscrew drive. Original Lin Huan PN's are:
02002 (2) pcs.
02022
02025

Anyone aware of possible sources?
