Could someone please help me figure out how to adjust the carb on this saw? It was an "auction special" I couldn't refuse. I have had it running but don't know when to use the H or L screws or the butterfly adj. screw under the air filter. I had it running real fast, but then it wouldn't idle slow enough for the chain to stop moving. Thanks. JR

Having it running is the big part so with the saw running adkust the H untill it reaches the highest rpm or sounds best and turn H counterclockwise 1/4 turn. You may have to adjust a little when sawing.Let the saw idle as low as it will ad adjust L untill it gets to lowest rpm and still run. If the saw continues to idle too fast with L turned completely in then turn L out one complete turn and adjust butterfly untill it slowes and readjust L. This does not apply to the adjustments but I always adjust my chainsaws to die when I let go of the trigger just to be on the safe side.
