Help!! I have a 5 horsepower craftman (220volt) compressor circa about 1980, pressure switch sorta blew apart, cant find the craftsman numbers anywhere on the thing. Front cover (where I think they lived) long gone. Any thoughts on how one gets the right pressure switch to replace it??? The craftsman parts people were completely worthless "without the number I can't help ya pall" any assistance would be greatly appreciated!! signed, no air tools in Virginia!

Roger you can order this switch from Grainger and it only costs $20.50 complete with unloader valve. It has dual contacts so that both hot and neutral wires are switched. Hope this helps.

Parts for those are mostly NLA from Sears, or insanely overpriced if they still have it. CH probably made the compressor. How is the pressure switch mounted? If it's on a pipe nipple, just get a new Square-D or Fourney and plumb it in.
