Good luck! If you cant find anything alot of stuff can be fabricated easily.

I hate to tell you this but I think it's time your Dad junked that McCulloch and graduated to either a Stihl or a Husky. I used to be a big McCulloch fan years ago. Matter of fact I still have three of 'em, now junkers. Last one I bought new was about 25 years ago. The sad fact is that great american company went from one of the best in the world to one of the worst over a few short years.

I doubt very much you will be able to find the correct parts. If you do find 'em new they will cost many times what they are worth. I bought a muffler for one of mine about 12 years ago from "old stock on hand"...cost me about $40. In hindsight it was waste of good money! Perhaps you could find the parts you need in an old junkpile from an old dealer or chainsaw service shop. Provided you could find one that still kept such stuff.

In short, you would have to love that McCulloch an awful lot to try and keep it alive. Junk it now and don't look back. I did that to mine about three years ago and have never regretted it.
