Hey,

This is a shot in the dark, but does anyone know where I can get a part for an old Cyclone Hand-cranked grass seeder? (Little Giant) I've been told those are out of date, but I've seen stuff posted on here before about them.

Thanks.

I don't know about the "Little Giant" parts, but you can get a new broadcast seeder from Nasco or Gemplers for $30.00 or less. Or try your local farm supply store. They still carry them (not little giant) here. Good luck.

I was told the same thing when I inquired about a part for mine. I was lucky enough to be able to repair it. Apparently they're not made anymore.

Don't know much about the hand-crank grass seeders except that my grandfather had one.
NOW my mother has an electric powered cyclone grass seeder which she would like to get rid of. I used it once a few years ago and it works great. it mounts on any tractor with a drawbar and a battery. The tank will hold about a bushel of seed. She thought they paid about $150.00 for it (i guess that would have been 35-40 years ago.)
Any body interested?
