I purchased a Champion cleaner and tester for $50. several years ago. I use it all the time on fouled plugs in my old tractors. The grit is still available from NAPA. but the little rubber cap that forms the nozzle where the sand and air mix is not available . These wear out regularly as the sand eats the hole in the rubber away. When the hole get to big the thing won't suck the abrasive up. I have tryed to make a plug to repair this cap but it only partly works. Check the rubber cap below the gromlet where you stick the plug for cleaning.

I don't know about the Champion. I did remember seeing one at a recent traveling tool sale type thing. The link below will take you to the Homier Tools site. They have one for $14.99. Just do a search for "spark" on the site.

Ain't that odd. I usually don't hang around this site but was just coming over here to discuss this very subject. A friend of mine just picked one of them up for me at a yard sale over the weekend for $6. It's brand new and still in the box. Looks just like the one in the Homier catalog. Unfortunately for you, I see they are out of stock.
It's certainly a handy thing to have around. I know I will use mine as my VAC just loves to foul plugs.
