Hi Fritz,

Thanks for the write-up. I have been thinking about the possibility of renting such a machine too and reading about your experience has been helpful.

Hey Rod. How's things in your neck of NH?
I don't know what you are commenting on as I see a blank on that post.

Hi Les,

Well, we finally got a decent day today. Been too wet to mow any grass lately and the lawn has gotten pretty high :o).

Anyway, for some reason, Fritz's post will not show up if you open all responses at the same time with the + mark. Open up his original post by itself and it will show up. I've thought for some time about renting a grinder. The major thing that has kept me back has been the real possibility of hitting a rock. I understand the teeth on those things are quite expensive to replace.

Do you ever go to any tractor shows down this way? There a nice one in Eliot, Me. that occurs the end of July.

Rod

I'm so dang busy in the summer it's a wonder I even have time to put on my own.
This weekend is the GSGSE show at Dave Dearborn's in West Campton, about 10 miles south of me. My own show is July 19. Hope you can make it.
Today is the annual meeting of the Coop. Will you be here?

I've been a COOP member for over 30 years and have never been to an annual meeting. No time to start now :o). Nah, it's too much of a drive just to attend an electric company meeting (no offense intended). Your show on 7/19...do you normally have any ACs or Olivers? If so, I might get motivated to attend. Pardon my ignorance but what's a GSGSE show?

Granite State Gas & Steam Engine Association. Check the event calendar on this page and select NH. My brother's SIL has a couple of AC Bs. Those are the only ones that I know of. He'll have one there for sure.
