i made 1 for mine...used the pad for the rockerarm grinding setup(round machined place with 4 drilled & tapped holes in front of the work head)...made a flange to fit & welded on a piece of 1&1/4"steel bar standing up & welded a piece of 1"X3/4" flat bar to reach over to the stone...then drilled a hole to fit my diamonds shank & put in a setscrew to hold it...make it just barely long enough to carry diamond past wheel surface & to hold diamond just below center & it will do fine...all the bearings & motor brushes are standard sizes & are easy to get...tore mine down & replaced em all, works like a new one now...iirc KO Lee still makes collets that might fit the workhead(valve holding chuck)...kinda spendy though...

I've been watching this post to see if anybody responded, I have a pair of Black and Decker valve grinders, and was hoping to find a source for parts also. One of my machines does have the stone dresser assembly, looks as though it wouldn't be too difficult to replicate, it basically has a shaft that goes into the chuck where you put the valve stem, with a sort of leg that will sit on the angle adjustment to stabilize the whole thing, and then a piece to hold the diamond. Does this help? I could e-mail a picture if that would help.
