I made contact woth Norton Abrasives and they adv this tool and supplies are being phased out however,they adv this.

"If you have a local Ace Hardware or TruValue dealer, they can order these for you very easily. You can also go through Home Depot, but I find that it is much easier to go through Ace or TruValue. The #12 Bear Sander is under part #076607-43120 with 10 sanders in a case. The refill rolls are under part #076607-0714 and there are 10 packs in a case. There are 4 rolls (2 fine, 2 medium) in a pack. We no longer manufacture a coarse roll."

Thanks a LOT, I will visit my local True Value store this weekend. They are very good for special ordering stuff for me. It is still the old small town hardware store.
