Just painted the roll bar, fenders, screens on my tractor last Sat. the paint seems to never set up. You can take your finger nail and scrape it off.I preped it well. The paint came from Farm and Country.lOOKS LIKE I'll be blating it off. What type of paint should I be using and where do I get it? Any help would be appreciated.I am spraying it with a gravity feed spray gun.

I had this problem once on the inside of a gravity wagon. I had used mineral spirits as a thinner, but if I had read the paint label first I would have discovered that I should have used a product called xylene (I think that's the name). I parked it in the sun for 4 or 5 days and it seemed to cure enough that I could walk on it without rubbing it off. Then I put on a top coat using the proper thinner, and it seemed to cure OK. That was a few years ago and it seems to be holding up so far. We use this wagon for bulk fertilizer, so its been getting a trial by fire.
