Hello all,

I am looking for new Champion TJ-6J spark plugs for my Homelite Super XL chainsaw. Mine is the old blue model. Can anyone help, please?

Thanks,
Lamont

I strongly recommend you find the "new" Champion number and then buy the corresponding Bosh Sparkplug. Bosh is the best plug I have found for 2 cycle engines, or any engine for that matter, and I worked in the logging industry for quite a while. Champions quality has really slipped the last few years. One bad plug will give you a weeks problems. I have heard good things about Aloris plugs but have not tried them.

I also have an "old blue" saw, must be 30 or more yrs old. Great saw. I think I use a "J-6J" Champion, but Champion has changed many plug numbers, you might need to go to a place like NAPA (or elsewhere) where they have knowledgeable people and ask them. The Champion number may have changed.
