Thanks everyone. I think I have it figured out. I just need to make a new plywood table top for the saw.

I'm still looking for my manual in moving boxes(not expecting much luck). I only recently got my saw, some spare blades & some tools back in an asset split. I need to get this saw up and running ASAP (projects await). Does anyone have the dimensions for the tabletop on a 113.199250 model? I will go to Sears and see if they still have the 3-ring binder version mentioned by Bret.

Thanks!

Sears sells a book in their tool department that covers radial and table saws, drill press, planer and sander I think. It's grey with a plastic cover and ring binding. Around $15.00. It covers the saws Sears has sold through the years. All were more or less the same. It worked for my 1965 model and my buddies 1978 model. A lot of good info and ideas in there.

Just as I said... mine is 113.29410. I doubt if there is much difference. Sears uses many suppliers, looking for the lowest price. I had a friend who contracted with Sears to make kid's swing sets in the '60s. He was expecting to raise his price a little on the second contract, but Sears said no, now that you have experience making them we will pay you less because you can make them faster. He no longer made swing sets.

Terry,

I tried to send an email with a picture to you of my Craftsman Model 113.29440. The email address (tlsicakafuse@yahoo.com) was rejected. Send an email to me with a good address and I'll try to help if I can.

I have one or two manuals, but the chance of them being the one you need is remote, Sears changes saws like the weather changes. I'll check anyway.
