I use a 15' Bernard 400 amp gun on my 200 amp miller mig. The Bernard is the only gun that has felt right to use, consumables are readily available....have had them on all my wire feeders. My newest is 15 years old and has never failed me as far as the trigger goes.

Try Tweco. Your local welding supply probably handles them.

note that "Tweco" is spelled different than the guy posting above. It is not the same co.

Hi John,

I agree, You get what you pay for in stick, Mig and Tig torchs. There's only one answer.....Tweco brand.

I like the Tweco guns cause it uses very common tips, liners and cups, very well made, right balance, runs cooler than other brands and has been a good product for over 30yrs.

I believe that new Miller machines now come with Tweco torchs.

I have a hobart beta mig with a hobart gun. As soon as the rest of my tips, cones and dipersers are gone I'm switching to tweeco. Your right about the gun running cooler, the hobart nozzle is to close to the handgrip and trigger.
